EVENT INFORMATION: K-PLAY! FEST Bay Area 2026

+Location: Santa Clara Convention Center 5166 Stars and Stripes Dr, Santa Clara, CA 95054
+ Dates: July 18-19, 2025
+ Event Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM PST

GENERAL NOTICES & GUIDELINES:
+ NO profanity or foul language, such as racist or sexist remarks, is allowed in your performance.

+ Performers are responsible for providing their own music, instruments, props, etc. Please note, all performers must keep their belongings with them at all times. You may store your belongings backstage BEFORE your performance, but all items must be removed immediately after your performance.

+Performers are not obligated to a green room or resting area unless contractually stated otherwise by the K-PLAY! FEST team.

+ Performers must be available for the ENTIRE day that they are scheduled to perform.

+ Performers are expected to adhere to ALL contracts and forms signed with K-PLAY! FEST.

+ K-PLAY! FEST reserves the right to refuse performances to artists for disorderly conduct that K-PLAY! FEST feels is unacceptable or against the celebration of the community.

+ Applying does NOT guarantee acceptance.
