Please be advised that the Vendor Interest does NOT guarantee acceptance to vendor at K-PLAY! FEST Bay Area 2026.

• The interest form is a means for us to inform you when the application opens to the general public.

• We cannot provide any additional event information at this time, other than the information listed above, as the event is far in advance.

GENERAL NOTICES REGARDING VENDORING AT K-PLAY! FEST

• Merchandise MUST have at least 50% K-Culture-related items. (K-POP, KDRAMA, etc.) Special cases apply, please email logistics@kplayfest.com for inquiries.

• Adult Material and Weapons cannot to be sold in vendor spaces.

• Parking, Electricity, Internet, etc. are not included in vendor fees, as they are venue-specific.

• NO refunds or exchanges are allowed for this event. Vendor purchases are non refundable and non transferable. They may not be sold, shared, or given away. Sharing or subleasing a vendor space is not allowed.

• Any space not claimed and occupied two hours prior to the show opening will be considered a "No-Show". Any "No-Show" space(s) may be resold or reassigned without refund. Artist Alley Table & Vendor Booth must be staffed by an authorized representative during all show hours. Each exhibit must be open for the full duration of official show hours. Lost spaces cannot be reclaimed.

• Vendors shall refrain from conducting or participating in games for money or other personal property, the operation of gambling devices, the conduct of a lottery or pool, or the selling or purchasing of lottery tickets at, on, in, or about the event grounds. Hosting programming and services that pertain to gambling/luck of the draw are prohibited. Examples would include the following:

  • Attendees purchasing raffle tickets for the chance to win a brand new gaming console.

  • Attendees paying money to participate in a luck of the draw-type of chance gaming.

Please note that applications will not be reviewed until closer to the event, so expect a delay in reply time. Please save our email: logistics@kplayfest.com to your contacts to avoid our emails ending up in spam. We recommend checking your junk folder often, as our e-mails sometimes end up there.
